Orders
Orders can be placed via the website 24/7.
After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation to your e-mail address.

The sales agreement is concluded upon order confirmation.

Payments
We accept online payments, including:

• fast transfers (Przelewy24)
• BLIK
• payment cards
• Apple Pay / Google Pay
Traditional bank transfer payment is also possible. 
The order is processed after payment is credited.

Delivery
We deliver within Poland and selected EU countries.

Order fulfillment time is usually 1–5 business days.

Returns
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt.
The returned product should be unused and in an undamaged condition.
We process refunds within 14 days of receiving the shipment.

Complaints
In case of product defects, please contact us by e-mail.
Complaints are processed within 14 days.

Our products are made from natural materials, therefore minor differences in texture and color may occur.
