 Download the return form, fill it out, and include it in the package.

2. Send the packaged shipment to the address:

For a return to be accepted, the product must be new, show no signs of use, and have all security seals intact.
To return a purchased item, the Customer must inform the Seller of their intention to return the purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the shipment. The declaration can be sent, for example, by email to biuro@nubesleep.pl, with "Return" in the subject line.

Then, within 14 calendar days from the date of withdrawal from the sales agreement, the Customer is obliged to send back the purchased goods along with the withdrawal form to the address:

The refund will be issued within 14 days.


Complaints

The Customer can inform the Seller of their intention to file a complaint in any form, for example, by email, by sending a declaration to biuro@nubesleep.pl, with "Complaint" in the email subject.

The complained-about goods, along with the printed declaration, should be sent to the address:

The complaint regarding the goods will be processed within 14 calendar days from the date of filing the complaint. The Customer will be informed about the resolution of the goods complaint via email.
